Privacy Policy

If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address, your role, whether you hold a securities-backed line of credit, and an approximate facility size band. That is the entire set. We do not ask for your name, your phone number, your employer, or your account details.

If you become a paying customer, our payment processor collects the billing information needed to process payment. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, as a normal function of serving the site.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not ask for your bank or brokerage login credentials, and the product is not designed to hold them. We do not move money on your behalf.

We use third-party providers for hosting, database and authentication, and payment processing. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Waitlist entries are kept until access opens or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.

Write to info@dhruvintelligence.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests within thirty days.

We use only the cookies required for the site to function. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If this policy changes we will update the effective date above.

This policy is maintained in-house and reflects our current practices as of the effective date. It will be reviewed by external counsel following completion of our SOC 2 audit.
