Sensitive Data Policy

Dhruv Intelligence handles SBLOC facility data, custodian statements, and principal behavioral signals classified as sensitive financial information. Access is restricted to authenticated principals and authorized institutional operators under role-based controls.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Principal facility data is never sold, shared with advisors or institutions without explicit authorization, or used for advertising. Audit logs record access and material data events under SOC 2 Type II examination in progress.
