KAIROS Research
Dhruv Intelligence was founded in April 2026. The KAIROS longitudinal study protocol — our first formal research initiative — launched June 1, 2026 and runs through October 31, 2026.
The KAIROS dataset draws from decades of principal-side facility data across multiple institutional custodial relationships — assembled from primary observation, certified institutional records, and longitudinal behavioral capture. No comparable dataset exists in the public or academic record.

What the Institutions Themselves Disclose
- SBLOC agreements run hundreds of pages with explicit haircut disclosures and batch-update / collateral-revaluation acknowledgments — written by the lenders themselves.
- Regulators warn, in their own words, that market volatility can force fast collateral calls and magnify potential losses.
The institutions disclose the timing risk. Almost no one reads hundreds of pages to find it. Dhruv reads it for you — in real time.
