Terms of Service

Dhruv Intelligence provides principal-side intelligence for securities-based lines of credit. The service is educational and informational and is not investment, tax, or legal advice. You never pay to transact. We are never paid to steer you. Your interests, full stop.

Fees. The list price for a principal account is $500 per month or $5,000 per year. The first ten principal accounts to make a successful payment are founding accounts and pay $200 per month or $2,000 per year for as long as the account remains continuously active. A founding account that cancels and later subscribes again pays the list price in effect at that time. Fees are charged through Stripe at the start of each billing period.

To cancel at any time, email info@dhruvintelligence.ai from the address on your account. Facility data you upload remains yours; optional research consent governs anonymized aggregate use as described at signup.
